Module 09 - Scouting

Smart list vs Shadow teams

A brand new possibility is added which is called SMART LISTS.
The big difference between a Smart List and a Shadow team is that the Smart List is automatically filled with players on a daily schedule.

So it is not possible to add or remove players manually, the filter defines which players will be contained within the smart list.

Custom fields can be a part of the filter.

Please ask your CSM for more details about the Smart-lists

Custom fields

Custom fields are fields that a customer can add to a player without additional development. It allows the customer to store data associated with a player to solve the customer's own needs. The fields can be of type number, boolean (true / false), list box, free text or an icon. Once a custom field is defined, a customer can store data in this dynamic field. Data can be supplied by Statsbomb, WyScout or other data suppliers, but data from your own Excel file or others can also be used.

It is possible to search on players based on conditions applied to data stored within the custom fields

Please ask your CSM for more details about Custom fields

New list view of Shadow teams / Smart lists

The list view is adjusted, but can be shown in 3 different ways:

  • No grouping

  • By Shadow team

  • By Category

A Category option is added

You can now store your shadow team within a “Category”.

New header of shadow teams

The header is adjusted with new options:

  • Full screen

  • Views: General / Addresses / Pitch view

  • Zoom in / Zoom out

  • Search a player

  • Drop-down option to jump to another list

You can define your own rules to find exactly the players you need.
