Security

WAF

Security is a first-class citizen in our company to protect your valuable data.

To introduce an additional security layer towards our solutions, we want to install a NEW Web application firewall (WAF).

This firewall is a specific form of application firewall that filters, monitors, and blocks HTTP traffic to and from our web services.

By inspecting HTTP traffic, it can prevent attacks exploiting a web application's known vulnerabilities, such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), file inclusion, rate limiting, block or ban bad ip addresses, ….

Initially, the firewall is installed using very restrictive rules sometimes blocking requests from end-users. Please report to our help@soccerlab.com or to your consultant. We will solve the blocking requests as soon as possible at that given moment.

General Features

Fill up a seasonal team

Import players from a seasonal team of (any other) previous season.

So you don’t have to start from scratch, but you can select from an existing team.

Set a “Title” for the Wellness widget

If you use several Questionnaire templates, you can adjust the tittle of the widget to show the name of the template.

This can be done for the Widget on seasonal team level.

Video related actions from games

All video related actions from a game will now open up in a new tab, which makes it easier to:

• Couple videos

• Manage playlists

• Annotate online

Transfer a game to an other Tournament

If a games is created within a wrong Tournament, you can transfer this game to an other tournament using a wizard.

New container for Evaluations in games

The screen to Evaluate/Scout players has been improved

Share a game with own profile

Before it was not possible to share a game with your own profile, but this is now possible.

Every shared game will show up inside the widget: My shared games.

When preparing a list of games like this, you can easily find it on game days.

Export game statistics

Inside the Seasonal team and inside the Player profile an option to Export details is added

KNVB and KBVB import

Inside the wizard to import data from either KBVB or KNVB, only the CURRENT season is shown.

We noticed sometimes games were created in the wrong season, wo we only show the current season (if it exists) otherwise we show blank.

Email(s) to Guardians from the Person list

From the “Administration → Person” list, an option is added to send emails including the GUARDIANS.

Notifications and Chat; See all

Inside the Notifications and the Chat, the “See all” is always visible

Module 04 - Team training

Switched coloring

To make it more consistent we adjusted the colors of the Training inside the Calendar

• Light green = Planned training

• Dark green = Created training session

Module 05 - Performance assessment

Excel (power query) file to export all performance data

If needed you can check at your CSM/Consultant to get access to an Excel file which you can use to export all PERFORMANCE data.

By doing this you are able to create your own visuals.

Module 06 - Medical 

Filter by Owner and Seasonal team

Inside the Injury list the advanced filter has expanded to filter by:

• Owner (creator)

• Seasonal team

Auto refresh when creating a new Injury type

When creating a new injury and linking an Injury classification, the new injury is updated immediately after closing the pop-up.

Power BI update

Within the Medical Power BI tab:

The option to filter by Injury type is added:

• Injury

• Prevention

• Illness

Module 09 - Scouting

Check all reports related to a game inside the planner

Inside the Action menu of a scouted game, a button to check ALL REPORTS related to this game.
So not only related to the scouting task itself, a new tab will open up with the results.

Related to the above issue an option to search reports related to a specific games is added to the “Advanced search”

Create a scout task from scouted players

Within the action items an option to “Create scouting task” is added

Apps

Player app and Coach app - Tasks

The features to create and manage TASKS is now available in both apps.

The player can manage his/her own, the Coach can manage all his players.

Player app and Coach app - Person development

Next to the Task feature also the option to manage Personal development reports is also available.

So now you can fill-in reports related to:

• Games

• Training

• Nothing

Team app - Multiple “Questionnaire” templates

Inside the Team app, multiple questionnaires can be used related to Wellness/Wellbeing.

You can set a “default” template, or select a template before the players pop-up.

Team app - Medicine intake

A second new feature within the Team app, is the option to manage Medicine intakes.

It is even possible to do this OFFLINE, when back online all the data will be synchronized with the database.
