Security;

MFA

The goal of SoccerLAB is to store data in the most possible secure environment possible.

So therefore we have developed our own MFA (Multi Factor Authentication).

Meaning and End-user needs and Authenticator app on his mobile phone to be able to login to the platform.

Also our apps have MFA integrated.

General Features

Indicate REGULAR players inside the seasonal team

A green checkbox is added to the player card to mark the REGULAR players.

This helps for a better overview when having the view mode in ALL PLAYERS

Module 04 - Team training

Loading time

The loading time of the list of Trainings has improved enormously.

Sorting of players

The sorting of players inside the Time registration is now the same as within the Attendance list.

Sorting of Training topics

Planned- and Executed training topics do now show in the same order

Module 06 - Medical 

Additional grouping in printing

Inside the print of the Current state it is now possible to GROUP BY:

• Team training status

• Games status

So on a Training day, you can group players by Training status

On a Game day, you can group by Game status.

New order of entering data

Version 3

When entering a new injury card, you can start from the BODY PART

Internally we call this Version 3.

Version 4

When entering a new injury card, you can start from the BODY SYSTEM

Internally we call this Version 4.

Module 09 - Scouting

“View” a scout report

Inside the action menu of scout reports it is now possible to VIEW a scout report, so same as filling in, but then all fields are not editable.

This means all scores and text fields are “greyed out”.

The previous option which was called “view” is now renamed to “Download PDF”

Show by default “Player having minutes”

When rating players for Scouting (or Internal evaluations) a filter has been added to only show players having minutes.

As we assume players not on the pitch mostly do not need to be rated.

Scouting planner MO → SU

The scouting planner shows the week from MONDAY to SUNDAY

Module 12 - Player Development

The widget “Player Evaluation reports” for the player

Also on a player his dashboard the widget “Player Evaluation reports” can be added.

So also for a player certain reports can be made visible very easily.

Kanban

Over the past months, we have improved the workflow of the KANBAN board, new functionalities have been added and technical improvements have been made:

• Add players not having a TAG yet

  • Including an advanced search

• Remove players from the Kanban (remove the TAG)

• Players not having a scout report yet are also shown on the KANBAN

• Create a Kanban for players NOT being involved in scouting

  • So also possible now for Internal players

• Beter overview of all excisting KANBAN’s

• Broader choice in datafields which can be selected on FRONT or BACK side of the cardview

• Action buttons:

  • Create Scout report

  • Create Scout task

  • Add to Shadow team

• Beter rounding of scores

• Turn all cards with on click to BACK or FRONT

• Open search by: Name / Lastname / Club

Apps

Coach app - Tasks

Improved overview of all Tasks, we show the Photo/Initials and Name of the involved player

Team app - Option to upload medical documents

Via the team app it is possible to upload documents from the device the app is installed, the types you can upload are:

• Medical record document

• Injury document

Remember PIN

The PIN code will always be remembered by the APP itself.

Only if the user explicitly wants to adjust it, he manually can do this.
